Build your IT Career with 3rd Element
We are dedicated and invested in your personal growth. Whether it’s learning a new skill, challenging yourself to innovate or becoming a better leader, our employees are coached to become the best they can be.
A friendly, competitive, and engaging environment of open communications and idea sharing.
We believe we operate best as a team. Our organizational structure is flat, and our doors are open. We trust each team member to contribute to our success.
To function as a truly successful team we foster a culture of transparency. Want to know what’s going on? Just ask your manager and they will fill you in, or you can wait until the next company lunch meeting.
Every employee needs (and wants) to understand what we do. We provide a full training and onboarding plan with periodic learning sessions companywide. In many cases, employees are cross trained in more than one role. This supports the company needs as well as the growth needs of the individual.
We offer all the benefits you would expect, such as a competitive compensation plan, 401(k) with company match, Medical, Dental (both 100% company paid) and Holidays / PTO plan.
We even have some benefits you wouldn’t expect like gym memberships, dog friendly offices, and stocked break rooms.
As a small business we have the luxury to enjoy a close knit environment with a shared purpose. We frequently gather together for lunch or during other team-building activities, company picnics, and holiday socials.
Our Support Associates are a great place to start or continue your technology career. The position involves assisting our clients with technology issues – everything from onsite deployments and password resets to complicated line of business application troubleshooting – all in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Our NOC Engineers dig deep into technical and security issues. In addition to advanced troubleshooting, deploying servers, workstations and cloud services are just some of the many varied duties of a NOC Engineer
Network Engineers are a general description we use for a more senior technical position. This position is a great place to continue your path. You’ll know Microsoft and Azure intimately, as well as being able to manage projects from start to finish.
Client Account Managers (CAM) and Technical Account Managers (TAM) work hand in hand to form a partner role with our clients. The CAM handles day to day meetings, communication flow, and making sure the client has what they need, when they need it. A TAM involves knowing a client’s technology “from the inside out” and assisting clients in making technology decisions. This is more of a CIO or CISO role that we fill for our clients.
An assistant is the right, and sometimes left hand of our leadership team. They handle daily organizational and admin duties like schedules, speaking engagements, meetings, and travel arrangements. They also help with event planning, correspondence, and the things in our personal lives we run out of time to do. Like book personal travel, run errands, and track projects.
