During the past year, Dawn was instrumental in implementing several initiatives, including business continuity planning and cloud solutions, that helped her client base survive a global pandemic. Dawn expanded and strengthened the list of key strategic channel partners whose offerings were critical to the success of both her own organization as well as her clients. She created jobs during a struggling economy, and pushed her organization to record earnings, more than doubling her business in one year.
Dawn was a speaker at a series of national events for CRN and ASCII throughout last year. She continues to serve the channel as the Board Director of the Channel Company Xchange Advisory Board. In addition, she leads ASCII’s Women’s Network. Dawn has written articles for such publications as Commercial Integrator, TechTarget, and MSP Insights. Her podcast, Rebel Executives, provides insight, guidance, and mentoring to business owners and entrepreneurs internationally.
