About the award
ChannelPro's Partner in Excellence Award is part of a 2025 series honoring one regional winner at each ChannelPro LIVE and DEFEND event nationally. Nominations come from trusted leaders in each event city, ChannelPro's editorial team reviews every candidate's contribution, and an advisory group votes by secret ballot before a winner is named.
Dawn was named the winner for ChannelPro LIVE: Baltimore, representing the Mid-Atlantic region.
Why she was recognized
The credited reasons, per ChannelPro's own recap: recognition as both a security-focused technologist and a community advocate, specifically for mentoring peers in the industry and championing women in tech. Dawn continues that community-building work today through Rocket Fuel Factory, the accelerator and channel program she co-founded with Dave Sizer for MSPs, IT consultants, and technology vendors.
