IT Environment Review
Get a clearer view of what is working, what is unclear, and what needs attention next.
Most businesses do not schedule an IT review because everything is broken. They schedule one because trust is breaking down: recurring issues, security questions, backups that haven't been tested, Microsoft 365 concerns, vendor finger-pointing, aging systems, growth, or AI concerns.
Free · 30 minutes · Video or phone · Written summary afterward
Start here
A 30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch.
We'll walk through a set list of questions about your environment, answer whatever you want to ask us, and send you a written summary afterward. It's free, and the summary is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
What prompted the review?
Different companies schedule a review for different reasons.
Some are frustrated with recurring support issues. Some are questioning whether their current MSP or IT person is keeping up. Others are not sure how to name the problem yet, they just know IT feels harder to trust than it should. That is enough reason to start.
- Recurring IT problems
- Concerns with a current MSP or IT support
- Security or cyber insurance questions
- Backup or recovery uncertainty
- Microsoft 365, access, or AI concerns
- Growth, new location, vendor issues, or planning
What the review may cover
Shaped around your business, your concerns, and what needs to be understood first.
The point is not to create technical noise. The point is to connect IT questions to business decisions leadership can act on.
Current IT support
Recurring issues, response patterns, communication, documentation, vendor coordination, and whether support is reducing problems or just reacting to them.
Security, access, and cyber insurance
MFA, endpoint protection, patching, access control, monitoring, vendor access, and the controls behind insurance or customer security questions.
Backups and recovery
What is backed up, what may be excluded, whether restores are tested, and whether recovery expectations match what the business needs.
Microsoft 365, AI, and planning
Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, external sharing, licensing, AI readiness, aging systems, and what should be fixed, secured, replaced, or budgeted next.
What happens during the review
Thirty minutes. Plain conversation.
- 1
We ask about your environment
We walk through a set list of questions about your support, security, backups, Microsoft 365, and vendors. Nothing to prepare.
- 2
You ask us anything
Your questions get equal time: about us, about your current setup, or about what good IT should look like.
- 3
You get a written summary
Afterward, we send a written summary of what we discussed and what we'd look at next. It's yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.
What you'll walk away with
A useful next step, whether or not we work together.
- A written summary of what we discussed and what we noticed
- A clear view of where your environment stands against a security baseline
- Honest answers about whether we're a fit, including when we're not
Who the review is best suited for
Organizations that depend on technology to operate
We work with organizations from about 10 to 250 employees that depend on their technology to operate and are ready to hold their IT to a written standard. We are a strong fit for companies headquartered in Central Pennsylvania, or with a broader footprint. We travel. Your remote employees, warehouses, field sites, acquired locations, or offices outside the area aren't an issue.
One thing to know up front: every client we take on runs to a security baseline and a planned approach to IT. If a low-cost, reactive help desk is what you need, we'll tell you honestly during the review.
The standard we hold ourselves to
We are in progress toward the GTIA Cybersecurity Trustmark.
Our work is measured against a standard, so it's fair to ask what standard we hold ourselves to. We are currently undergoing assessment for the GTIA Cybersecurity Trustmark, an independent accreditation built specifically for managed service providers. It is based on the CIS 18 Critical Security Controls and evaluates 177 safeguards covering system hardening, incident response, HR policies, and security awareness, judged on how those controls are actually run day to day.
We have not been awarded it. The assessment is underway, and it requires annual independent audits to stay current. You can read why we are pursuing the Trustmark first.
Before you schedule
You do not need to prepare everything first.
Many businesses wait too long because they think they need every detail ready before starting. You do not.
Helpful materials may include Microsoft 365 bills, cyber insurance questions, provider invoices, vendor lists, contracts, backup reports, known problem areas, or current support concerns. But none of those are required before the first conversation.
Start with what prompted the review. From there, we can determine what information would actually help.
