Client Stories
What changes when IT is owned, not just supported.
You shouldn't have to take a marketing case study at face value. The work below is described the way our clients describe it themselves: what was happening, what we changed, and what stopped being a problem.
The pattern we see most often
Recurring issues stop. Security gets honest. Leadership stops guessing.
Most clients come to us with the same shape of problem: the same tickets keep returning, Microsoft 365 has drifted, backups are probably fine, and nobody can answer the insurance application with a straight face.
Within a quarter, the noise drops. Within two, leadership has a written baseline, a real recovery plan, and a quarterly conversation that produces decisions instead of more questions.
Published case studies
Client names are intentionally withheld.
Publishing exactly what a client runs and how it's configured tells a threat actor how to attack them. We don't trade a good story for a client's exposure, even when the story makes us look good.
Ask during your IT Environment Review and we'll tell you the who or set up a direct reference conversation.
In their words
I've been working with 3rd Element for over a decade. I can't say enough about the team. They are able to assist with every issue we encounter and every question we have. Big or small issues are given prompt attention.
