Privacy Policy

How we handle information submitted through this website. Plain language, not a document written to be skimmed past.

Effective Date: July 2026. Last Updated: July 2026.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through 3rdelementconsulting.com. It does not cover information handled as part of an active client engagement, which is governed by your service agreement with us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Contact form submissions: name, company, email, phone (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message.
  • Requests for gated resources (like our WISP or Incident Response Plan templates): name, email, and optionally company and role.
  • General analytics your browser sends to any website you visit, like browser type and the page that referred you, captured automatically as part of normal web server operation.

We do not use this site to collect payment information, and we do not currently run advertising trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, and follow up about our services if that's relevant to what you asked. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and trigger an internal email notification to our team. We use Resend to deliver those internal notification emails. If you schedule an IT Environment Review, that booking happens through Microsoft Bookings, and if you submit a vendor inquiry, that happens through Microsoft Forms. Both are Microsoft's platforms and governed by Microsoft's own privacy practices for that interaction. This site loads fonts from Google's font service, which is a standard, low-level technical connection common to most modern websites.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted information as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain normal business records, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form to make that request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Data breach notification

If we ever experience a breach involving your personal information, we'll notify you consistent with Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
