Who this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through 3rdelementconsulting.com. It does not cover information handled as part of an active client engagement, which is governed by your service agreement with us.

Information you give us

• Contact form submissions: name, company, email, phone (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message.
• Requests for gated resources (like our WISP or Incident Response Plan templates): name, email, and optionally company and role.
• Email Security Check: every domain entered in the tool is logged along with its grade and check results. We do not store your IP address for the Email Security Check itself. If you request the full report, we store your name, email, optionally your company, and the domain checked.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies only with your consent, which you set through the cookie bar. Necessary items (site function, security, and bot protection) are always on. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4, only if you accept)

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and content people find useful and how they find us, primarily for search visibility. Google may collect information such as pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location, and IP address, and processes it under Google's own privacy policy. Visitor identification (only if you accept)

A sales intelligence provider's website tracker may attempt to identify the company associated with a visit, using information such as IP address and device and browser details, so our team can understand which businesses are interested in our services. This identification is limited and may or may not identify a given visit. That provider processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Our CRM

When you submit a form or request a resource, the details you provide (name, email, and optionally company and role) may be added to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, so we can follow up about what you asked for.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, and follow up about our services if that's relevant to what you asked. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not run advertising pixels or ad trackers.

Service providers who process information for us

Information may be shared with these third parties so they can provide the functions listed:

• A secure cloud database provider (storing form submissions).
• An email delivery service (sending notifications and requested reports).
• A sales intelligence and CRM provider (managing inquiries and, with your consent, visitor identification).
• Google Analytics (site analytics, with your consent).
• A bot protection service on forms (which may process IP address and device signals to tell people from bots).
• Third-party scheduling and form tools (booking IT Environment Reviews and vendor inquiries).

Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Fonts

Fonts are hosted on our own servers. No third-party font service is used.

Do Not Track

This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Non-essential tools only load if you give consent through the cookie bar.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted information as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain normal business records, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Use our contact form to make that request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Data breach notification

If we ever experience a breach involving your personal information, we'll notify you consistent with Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
